For a visa to China without purchasing an airline ticket,
we need the following from you:

1. Your Original Passport: You must send your actual passport, which must have 6 months validity remaining and at least one blank visa page. (First time applicants who were previously Chinese citizens must submit a photocopy of their Chinese passports. American born children of Chinese descent must provide a copy of their birth certificate and a copy of one parent's passport and green card when applying for the first time.)

2. Visa Application Form: Download, Complete Online, print and sign it, one form per applicant;

3. Photograph: One passport style photo for each application;

4. Our Order Form: Download, Complete Online and print it, one form per shipping address;

5. Processing Fee: We accept money order, cashier's check, and credit card. Please make cashier's check or money order payable to Cirpac Travel.

6. (for Business Visas only): Steps 1-5 are for a Tourist visa (L Visa). For a Business visa (F Visa) please also include an Invitation Letter from a Chinese company or a Business Letter from your own company.

*1) Processing time means the time it takes for the Chinese Consulate to process your visa. Please allow extra time for shipping.

*2) If you are submitting multiple applications, you need to pay only one FedEx return shipping fee if all passports are returned to the same address. For ten or more passports, the FedEx fee is $35.

*3) Send all documents in a secure and trackable way (FedEx, UPS, DHL, Express Mail or Certified Mail) to the address below.

*4) Applications for same day rush service must be received by 10:00AM. You must therefore use the early morning delivery services of FedEx, UPS or DHL only. Rush service applications received after 10:00 AM will be shipped back the following business day.

*5) Applications for regular and express services must be received by 12:30PM to be processed on the same day it was received. Applications received after 12:30PM will be processed the next business day.

We accept money order, cashier's check or credit card. If paying by money order or cashier's check please make payable to
Cirpac Travel. You can write the total amount on one money order.
